The simple reason being I have the “Shuffle answers” option checked, which means the order is random, and therefore “All the above” is not possible.
However, now I’m using H5P more and more, this is a great reminder that there is no substitute for a well constructed question, and technology sometimes makes it all too easy for us to be lazy in our thinking about question construction and value.
