Forums for learning 5 – Read tracking
Do you have the visual feedback for what you’ve read in Moodle forums?
Sometimes teachers, or students, might ask you “How can I easily see which posts I have read and not read?“
It’s very easy to setup visual feedback, but many users do not know how to do this.
So, go to your user menu (usually in the top right) and select ‘Preferences’.
Then click ‘Forum preferences’ and for ‘Forum tracking’ select:
Yes; highlight new posts for me.
That’s it !
Now when you are in a forum you will see exactly which posts are read and unread 🙂
