A small release with some minor improvements …

This version consists of minor improvements for the Smart Import feature:
Respect disabled content types settings.
Improve handling of special characters when pasting text.
Added setting for controlling whether “Learner authors” should have access to the Smart Import feature.
Set default published state to “Protected” (currently it is set to “Unpublished”). “Protected” means it can be inserted into an LMS (through LTI).
Better error handling and logging.
