A number of bug fixes applied to H5P.com early 2023…

• Interactive Video – Panopto play button not working on Blackboard through LTI
• OneNote: Fix displaying empty page in web browser
• Payment: Fix failing on upgrading when SCA is required
• Confusion report: Fix unable to view confusion report list when user is deleted
• Course Presentation:
• Fix opacity on slide menu
• Fix IV bug when popup is closed and reopened (HFP-2394)
• Use less space for the close button for display as button elements in CP
