South Pacific College of Natural Medicine couldn’t be happier with the support they get and the benefits for their learners.
In 2015 The South Pacific College of Natural Medicine (SPCNM) decided to find a new hosting and support package as they were unhappy with the existing support.
After meeting with the SPCNM management team and tutors, HRDNZ laid out a a proposal for hosting and support, aiming to help SPCNM take their e-learning to a new level.
Student Registrar and Moodle Administrator Andrea Johnson says “We’ve been so happy since making the move, and nothing has been too much trouble for these guys. We’ve been able to get quick advise on all sorts of issues, and incredibly rapid response when we deleted a course by accident!”
HRDNZ and SPCNM have an ongoing conversation regarding Moodle upgrades, plugins, and how to continually make the best of the site for the benefit of teachers and students.
Henriette Mathews, Deputy Academic Director, adds “It’s been great to have an on-demand dialogue and advice whenever we needed it – from issues around exam and browser security, through to course and content design, we always feel supported, and it really helps us deliver high quality course for our onsite and online students.”
