Moodle Majlis Oman
In 2008 I was very happy to be invited to the first Moodle Moot in the Middle Eastern Gulf held at Sultan Qaboos University in Muscat, Oman.
Myself and Martin Dougiamas were there for three days, before flying to the Moodle Moot in Rome directly after.
E-learning is still struggling to make a big impact in the Middle East, having both technological challenges in some countries, and cultural challenges in many.
