Meet Tabitha, one of our ElearningWorld writers…Kiwi Tabitha is highly experienced with many LMS including FirstClass, Blackboard, and Moodle, and many e-learning systems such as Mahara ePortfolio and Storyline. She has a particular interest in gamification and rewards within e-learning, and is currently learning to code with the Epic Unreal game engine.

Tabitha is a founding member of the ‘Manaiakalani Hackers’, part of the Tamaki Transformation Programme – achieving significant improvements in student achievement by enabling students to access their learning anytime, anywhere, and at any pace. For many years she also led the One Laptop Per Child and Sugarlabs volunteer testing communities in New Zealand.
