Moodle 3.5 released this month !

Moodle 3.5 is the next major version of the award winning Learning Management System.Moodle 3.5 is scheduled to be released in the second week of May 2018. As with every major version release, this new Moodle version is packed with many new features and improvements – and we will detail these over the coming months.

It’s important for many Moodle administrators to note that Moodle 3.5 will be a Long Term Supported (LTS) of Moodle. This means it will have security support for 36 months from the date of release, along with a general bug fix support of 12 months (and possibly some bug fixes back ported).

For those who prioritise a safe, stable, and supported Moodle environment, rather than requiring the bleeding-edge of new releases every 6 months, this 3.5 LTS version should be something to seriously consider 🙂
