Ben works as a systems administrator, systems architect, instructional designer, and technologist at the University of Portland, in the USA.
With that range of jobs, we are very lucky that Ben finds any time at all to write for ElearningWorld !
Ben manages Open Source tools for learning, including enterprise level mission-critical Moodle and WordPress sites.
It’s great to have another writer from the USA here, and also someone at the high end of systems administration – something that many new Moodle administrators (unsurprisingly) struggle with – have you seen how busy the installing help forum on Moodle.org is!
