What type of podcasts work best for learning?

Leading up to the re-launch of the ElearningWorld podcast we were reflecting on the types of podcasts, and the ways people use them.

Personally I listen to podcasts for 3 main reasons:

I guess our own ElearningWorld podcast tries to borrow some of the best ideas and approaches of the above to guide our own production.
