Moodle 3.9 new improvement – Book navigation

An improvement in the Book navigation Moodle 3.9.

Issue: Participants often scroll down to the bottom and select the next activity arrow rather than the arrow that goes to the next chapter in the book.

This issue was reported as part of the survey entitled “Describe the one thing that annoys you the most in your day to day experience using Moodle.”

So, in Moodle 3.9 there is now a border above and underneath the book navigation buttons.

It’s a simple visual change, and probably should have happened long ago, but it’s certainly going to hep learners with their navigation within Moodle Book resources.
